In a press statement issued on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Livinus Nwabughiogu, Kalu acknowledged Buhari’s contributions to Nigeria’s growth and development, specifically highlighting his rice revolution initiative, which earned his administration accolades.
