Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has opened up about the painful experience of losing a pregnancy at four months, revealing that she chose to keep the news from her mother because of her age.
The actress disclosed that she was concerned the loss would be emotionally devastating for her mother, prompting her to confide only in her husband at the time.
“I couldn’t tell my mum because she’s old and it will hurt her. I only told my husband,” Toyin said.
The revelation offers a rare insight into the personal challenges the actress faced following the pregnancy loss, which she largely kept private.
