A unity list has been released by the All Progressives Congress (APC), confirming Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, President Buhari’s choice, as the National Chairman but replacing Sen. Ken Nnamani as Deputy National Chairman (South) with Emma Eneukwu.
The convention has been characterised with chaos and crowd management issues, forcing police to deploy teargas in an attempt to clear out political thugs from the Eagle Square, Abuja, venue.
The list showed Otunba Iyiola Omisore (Osun State) as National Secretary; Sen. Abubakar Kyari (Borno) as Deputy National Chairman (North) and Barr. Festus Fuantar (Plateau) as Deputy National Secretary.
Others are Muhazu Bawa Rijau (Niger State) for National Vice Chairman (North Central) and Mustapha Salihu for National Vice Chairman (Northeast).
APC Governors appended their signatures on the list. They include Governors Bello Matawalle, Ben Ayade, Hope Uzodinma, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Abdullahi Sule, Simon Lalong and Umara Zulum.
Others include Nasir el-Rufai, Dapo Abiodun, Kayode Fayemi, Abu Bello, Abubakar Bagudu, Aminu Masari and Yahaya Bello.
