By Deborah Hassan 365Daily – The Governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle, has chosen Senator Muhammad Hassan Nasiha to replace Mahdi Aliyu Gusau as deputy governor of the state.
Sen. Hassan represents Zamfara Central Senatorial district.
Gusau was impeached by 20 out of 24 members of the Zamfara House of Assembly on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.Speaker of the House, Nasiru Mua’zu, read the nomination letter from Governor Matawalle in the same plenary session.
