AFCON Qualifier: Nigeria remains top despite another draw

The Super Eagles of Nigeria has remained top of the Group L table despite playing another draw with the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.

Nigeria played goalless draw with their Sierra Leone counterpart after wasting an initial four goal lead in their first leg match played in Benin City, last week, which ended four-four.

With other matches played, Nigeria now has 8 points, ahead of Benin Republic that has 7 points, Sierra Leone despite playing two draw games with Nigeria have 3 points while Lesotho still has 2 points after playing zero-zero with their counterpart from Benin Republic.

Meanwhile, Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa was handed a Yellow Card at 72 minutes of the game.
