Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today, and Mr Ibu suffered cardiac arrest

A veteran Nigerian actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has finally bowed to the chilling hands of death following a 24-hour cardiac arrest on Saturday, which later led to his untimely death.
This was announced by the president, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Mr. Emeka Rollas via his official X handle saying “Mr Ibu didn’t make it, may his soul rest in peace”.
Rollas also consoled one of his members, Kate Henshaw who lost her mother on the same Saturday.
According to him, “Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today, and Mr Ibu suffered cardiac arrest, according to his manager for 24 years, Mr Don Single Nwuzor”.
Recall that recently, Mr. Ibu had suffered a serious ailment that got him bedridden for a long time, but later recovered.
