President General Market Women/Men Association of Nigeria also known as the Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Alhaja Folashade Tinubu Ojo, last week, visited the Sokoto Central Market in Sokoto State to seek collaboration of business people in state in order to improve their economic status.
Alhaja Folashade Tinubu Ojo, made the declaration saying the aim of her visit is to help the government gather data to work with as well as to help the marketers come together in order to expand their business activities for the betterment of their households and the country at large.
She said the process is ongoing at her office in Maitama, Abuja, saying several marketers were there to obtain registration forms, which were issued to them, adding that she had been with the association for some 10 years now.
She also revealed that many also collected her contact numbers so as to verify ongoing activities and development in the association.
