365Daily – Controversial self-acclaimed investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has alleged that the mysterious blogger, Gistlover, is an Igbo woman.
Olunloyo made the claim in a social media post over the weekend.
The identity of the popular but controversial blogger, who has been causing many celebrities and politicians heartache by disclosing their dark personal secrets published on her blog, has remained a mystery.
While many claimed that the face behind the platform notorious for publishing sordid content is a male, others claim otherwise. Not even his/her location is yet known.
There has been no love lost between the mysterious blogger, Gistlover and Olunloyo, as the former had sometime ago dismissed Olunloyo as a mental case, a description the latter didn’t find funny. She then vowed to expose the blogger’s identity.
On Saturday, September 3, 2022, Olunloyo claimed that she had uncovered the identity of the blogger, giving her name as, “Mary David Onaichenem”. She also published her alleged photo.
The next day she published what she said was further details, alleging that Gistlover is Igbo that was brought up in Ibadan, Oyo State, and lives in Abuja and not outside the country as many people had assumed.
Olunloyo: “GISTLOVER: There is no Oba, Mary David Onaichenem was raised in Ibadan. She speaks better Yoruba better than Ibadan people the same way I speak better Igbo than Igbo people 🙄😆😆😆👎🏾 Pls don’t adulterate investigative journalism. Gistlover is a blog that gets deleted a million times, another one opens, uses crypto and mccoded for adverts so that she can’t be traced by CAC. She’s not in America, she’s in Abuja. It’s a matter of time before street justice activates.”
The earlier posted read: “Mary David Onaichenen of Gistlover has a poor command of English and runs Gistlover and the adverts. I broke this information two years ago after investigating the ad route McCoded blog. The former IGP Adamu reportedly used GPS technology to locate her as based in Abuja then she vanished underground. Her lawyer wrote me a cease and desist letter claiming I’m endangering her. I REFUSED to take my post down. Ultimately she wrote a post telling her followers that she’s not going to waste her time with a “mad” woman.
“If you like keep insisting a man owns Gistlover. This is the woman collecting all your advert money and the one who posted my address, phone number and my former apartment online. I’m surprised that she continues to fool you. SHE WAS RAISED IN SOUTHWEST NIGERIA AND SPEAKS FLUENT YORUBA JUST LIKE I SPEAK FLUENT IGBO AND YORUBA BUT CANT READ OR WRITE IT WELL‼️‼️”
