365Daily– The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Baba, has ordered the posting of new Commissioners of Police to 13 state commands including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In a statement signed by the Force Spokesman, Frank Mba, on Friday, August 5, 2021, he said their postings became imperative to stabilise current internal security in the country.
The Police boss called on the newly deployed Commissioners to take over the leadership of their respective commands with immediate effect and scale up the fight against crime and criminality in their domains.
