Italy have defeated England to win the Euro 2020 competition, which was hosted by England. The final match held on Sunday, July 11, 2021 ended 1-1 after 120 minutes of play.
However, Italy won through penalty shootout which ended in their favour.
This result has further compounded the woes of England’s 55 years of expectation.
