365Daily – Ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election, a group of Nigerians will on Wednesday hold a symposium and book presentation on the track records and major promises of the former Vice President and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
One of the leading members of the team for the book presentation and symposium, Dr. Obianuju Kanu-Ogoko, said on Sunday, September 25, 2022, that Nigerians should look forward to the presentation and endeavour to secure copies of the books for their libraries and future political engagements.
She said the presentation will cover an autobiography and some books written by a group of Nigerians, especially from the youth demography.
Dr. Obianuju added that the books include a compilation of the life and times of Atiku Abubakar and the electoral promises of the former Vice President, especially his quest and ardent desire to restructure Nigeria as a pathway to the country’s unity and developments.
Kanu-Ogoko stated: “This is not the first time, books are written on the biography of the former Vice President, however, the difference between other books and the ones scheduled for presentation on Wednesday is the people behind the text and the rich contents that will further reshape political conversations as Nigeria prepares for the election.
“The titles are, “The Story of Atiku Abubakar, Landmark Constitutional Law Cases in Nigeria (2004 – 2007) and Restructuring as a Pathway to Unity and Development.
“One of the leading members of the team for the book presentation and symposium, Dr. Obianuju Kanu-Ogoko, told the media on Sunday that Nigerians should look forward to the presentation and endeavor to secure copies of the books for their libraries and future political engagements.”
She stressed that for people to make informed decisions on who becomes the next president of the country in 2023, there is need to know who Atiku Abubakar truly is.
Dr. Obianuju berated supporters of opposition political parties, and called on them to be patriotic and benevolence as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) lift bans on campaigns.
She invited party members, supporters, other critical stakeholders and other Nigerians of all works of life to attend and participate in the scheduled book presentation and symposium at the Chida Hotel, Abuja.
