The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has urged Nigerians especially corps members and staff to imbibe the spirit of national unity as they celebrate Easter.
Caroline Embu, Director, Information and Public Relations of NYSC who made the call on behalf of her Director General, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, said, Easter offers a profound reminder of sacrifice, renewal, hope, and love – virtues that lie at the heart of the National Youth Service Corps”.
NYSC encouraged staff and members of the corps to reflect these enduring values in their daily conduct and interactions as proud members of the NYSC family.
“Let us continue to stand firm in our commitment to national unity, selfless service, and mutual respect, drawing strength from our diversity. Through our collective resolve and shared sense of purpose, we can further advance the cause of a more peaceful, united, and prosperous Nigeria.
“May the spirit of Easter renew our strength, deepen our sense of service, and fill our hearts with hope and fulfillment. Nigeria is ours; Nigeria we serve”, NYSC said.
