I want to place it on record that there is no order of the Court staying the execution of the two Court orders which stopped Dan Obelle from parading as traditional ruler or Igwe of Nawfia

The traditional ruler of Nawfia community in Njikoka local government area of Anambra state, Igwe Chijioke Nwankwo has appealed to the state governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo to call one of his aides, the chief of staff, COS, to the governor/deputy director of protocol, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye to order.
Igwe Nwankwo alleged that Nwoye who is an indigene of his community is using his position as a close aide to the governor to undermine his traditional throne.
The monarch said that Nwoye took the Senatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the state for Anambra Central Senatorial district in this Saturday Presidential/ National Assembly elections, Hon. Dozie Nwankwo to the residence of one Dan Obelle when the latter came to campaign for votes in his community and introduced Obelle as the traditional ruler of the community.
Igwe Nwankwo stated that there are two subsisting Court orders made on June 21, 2022, and, October 28, 2022, respectively by Justice Peace N. T. Otti of the state High Court sitting in Awka which stopped Dan Obelle from “parading as traditional ruler, or Igwe” of Nawfia, adding that the Court orders have been duly served on the Anambra state government through the office of the Attorney general and Commissioner of Justice, as well as, all other law enforcement agencies in the state, including the state police command.
Igwe Nwankwo stated that after Nwoye took the APGA senatorial candidate to Dan Obelle and introduced the latter as the traditional ruler of Nawfia, he received a telephone call while he was in Owerri, Imo state, from someone who told him that he had a letter for him from the Labour Party, LP, candidate in the same Anambra Central Senatorial District, Chief Victor Umeh.
The monarch said that he had directed the caller to bring the letter to him in his palace the following day; when he would be in his palace, and, complained that on his arrival the person called and told him that “he was pressurised to take the letter to Dan Obelle”.
“I want to place it on record that there is no order of the Court staying the execution of the two Court orders which stopped Dan Obelle from parading as traditional ruler or Igwe of Nawfia”, Igwe Nwankwo stated.
He accused Nwoye of using his position in government and in particular as a close aide to the governor being the Chief of staff and deputy director of protocol to the governor to undermine his traditional throne, and, urged Governor Soludo to call Nwoye to order before he ignite fire in the community.
When contacted on his mobile phone for his reaction, Nwoye told 365Daily that he was with the governor at Okpoko in Ogbaru local government area for political campaign ahead of this Saturday Presidential/National Assembly elections.
As I speak to you, and, I hope you can hear the notice at the background, I am with the governor in Okpoko where the governor is holding a campaign rally ahead of the Saturday election for our party’s National Assembly candidates.
“I only stepped out a little to take this call, so that I can tell you that I will call you later”, Nwoye replied.
However, as at the time of filing this report, he had not been able to call back as promised.
