365Daily – President Bola Tinubu has unveiled “the world’s largest painting portrait on a canvas” of himself to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Nigeria’s unbroken democracy.
The painting was unveiled at Eagles Square, Abuja, on June 12, 2024.
Coordinator of the painting, Opeyemi Alaba, had earlier, while appearing on Arise TV morning show, described it as a message of hope for Nigerians and the African continent.
He added that it was inspired by portraits of former United States President, Barack Obama and Queen Elizabeth.
Alaba also disclosed that it was created by 37 different painters representing the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
