30,000 households to benefit from Sen Tambuwal’s Ramadan package

Representation means to actively present problems of electorate as expected and bring back home whatever was obtained for all to benefit

About 30,000 households have been billed to benefit from Senator Aliyu Tambuwal’s Ramadan package.

Speaking at the ceremony, the state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party,  PDP, Bello Aliyu Goronyo, thanked God for providing leaders that assist solve problems of the needy every now and then and commemnded party members for their continuous patience.

The palliatives are to be benefitted by party executives from wards to state level executives.

He then accused APC leaders for none assistance and considerations to the needy across the state.

Senator Tambuwal in his remarks said the distribution was to thank the Supreme Creator for giving them the wealth and opportunity to assist the lower class.

He appreciated PDP member for their continuous exercise of patience right from when they lost the governorship seat to APC,

Dismayed with none invitation during the inauguration of Community Guards, Tambuwal said he was surprised he was not invited to the ceremony.

While reacting for the first time on the 2023 state governorship election, he said the PDP won the poll and the party was still waxing stronger, and everyone in Sokoto can testify to that.

“I am assuring the state of good representation in the Senate especially in the current economic hardship.

“I urge you to cooperate with the security agencies for the peace and stability of the state and Nigeria which belongs to all of us.” Tambuwal stated.

Speaking further on palliatives, he said “Representation means to actively present problems of electorate as expected and bring back home whatever was obtained for all to benefit”.

He then announced that 30,000 households would benefi from the Ramadan package. Each local government is to benfit with a round figure of 245 bags of rice and N2.7m.
