365Daily – The newly inaugurated administration of Governor Ahmad Aliyu of Sokoto state, appears to have started on an acrimonious note over the policies of the outgone government of former Governor Aminu Tambuwal, as it has announced the reversal of a number of the decisions and actions of Tambuwal’s government.

There has been no love lost between the new All Progressives Congress (APC) government and its Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led predecessor, which played out on the inauguration day, as the former Governor shunned the handover ceremony on Monday.

As part of his first official pronouncements after being sworn in as Governor of Sokoto state, Aliyu, announced the reversal of Tambuwal’s last actions as governor and they included the following decisions, as announced in a statement on Tuesday by Abubakar Bawa, Chief Press Secretary to Sokoto State Governor.
