My take away is that a united, secure and productive Nigeria, which is our collective dream is POssible. It is a dream we intend to bring to actualisation.

365Daily – The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has expressed profound gratitude to Nigerians abroad for their patriotism and eagerness to be part of nation building.

According to him, their passion for a new, better and progressive Nigeria is inspiring and elating.

Obi said this in a thank you massage after his eight-day tour of some cities in both Europe and America, aimed at sensitising Nigerians in those foreign cities.

In a statement on Monday, September 5, the former governor of Anambra State said he was profoundly grateful to fellow Nigerians whom he met and interacted with in Frankfurt (Germany), Rome (Italy), Toronto (Canada), Los Angeles, Houston, Charlotte, Washington D.C, Atlanta and New York (all in the USA).

Obi said: “Your warmth and collective graciousness has been elating; and your passion for rescuing Nigeria, inspiring. Your best wishes and prayers continue to uplift me.

“As I return home after eight days on the road, I do so with a renewed sense of purpose and conviction. My take away is that a united, secure and productive Nigeria, which is our collective dream is POssible. It is a dream we intend to bring to actualisation.

“Thank you all for the quality time; expressed confidence and suggestions. Thank you for believing that a new Nigeria is #POssible.

“Above all, thank you for being members of the #OBIdient Family. God bless you and yours. And God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
