Reps member, Dagogo, arrested after Gov. Wike’s order

365Daily – Following an order given by Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, the police in Rivers State have arrested a member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Farah Dagogo.

He was arrested on Thursday evening, April 28, 2022, at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Secretariat in Port Harcourt, where he went for screening.

Dagogo is a governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, Governor Wike declared Dagogo wanted for allegedly recruiting cultists to attack the PDP Secretariat in the state where screening of aspirants was taking place.

Media aide to the lawmaker, Ibrahim Lawal, confirmed the arrest.
