365Daily– Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahaman AbdulRazak, has been been appointed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) to head the Party’s Zoning Committee for the forthcoming National Convention
National Secretary of the CECPC, Sen. John James Akpanudodehe, made the disclosure in a press statement issued on March 2, 2022.
He said the chairman of the CECPC, Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, also approved the following as members of the Committee: Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege as Deputy Chairman; and Prof. Etim Nyong, Dr. MB Shehu, Comrade Mustapha Salihu , Sen. Teslim FFolarinand Alh. Sadeeq Sule-Iko Saidu as members.
Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Nkem Okeke, is to serve as Secretary.
The Committee is expected to submit its report on Monday 7th March, 2022, the statement added.
