365Daily – A Federal Capital Territory High Court has disqualified Sen. Andy Uba as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 6, 2021, Anambra Gubernatorial election.
The Court also declared that APC had no candidate in the election.
The presiding judge, Hon. Justice Inyang Ekwo also ordered the APC to refund Dr. George Moghalu his nomination and expression form fees.
George Moghalu had challenged the emergence of Senator Uba as the candidate of the party, arguing that the party didn’t conduct any primaries in the state.
