365Daily – The senator representing Anambra north, Stella Oduah has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Oduah was received into the ruling party fold at a brief ceremony held in Abuja on Thursday.
National Chairman of the APC caretaker committee and Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, deputy senate president Ovie Omo-Agege, chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF) Atiku Bagudu and Imo governor Hope Uzodimma were present at the event.
Her defection is coming at a time when the opposition party is reeling from a crisis, with the alleged removal of Uche Secondus as party chairman.
