365Daily – Barely seven months, gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have again attacked Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic in Zaria local government area of Kaduna State on Thursday, June 10, 2021, and abducted yet-to-ascertained number of students and lectures.
According to report, the gunmen shot a student at the process while many others sustained various degree of injuries.
The Commissioner for Security and Internal Affairs, Samuel Aruwan has confirmed the ugly incident.
Recall that in November 2020 gunmen invaded the same institution and abducted a lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronics, Engineer Bello Atiku, and two children.
A source said the institution had been having security challenges for some time now due to its porous security situation.
