365Daily – Following the release of Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, also known as Baba Ijesha, from Police custody on Monday, May 18, 2021, his accuser, Princess Damilola Adekoya, has vowed not to stop fighting for his incarceration over an alleged sexual assault of her daughter.
In a post on Instagram sequel to his bail, she said she was sure of victory because of her trust in God.
“I will win not immediately but definitely,” she posted.
It was gathered that the actor was released on bail after his bail application was considered among others when Magistrates visited Police Stations in Lagos State.
Due to an ongoing national strike action by Judiciary workers’ (JUSUN), there have not been court sittings for weeks running, leading to long detention of arrested persons in Police cells.
Baba Ijesha’s bail conditions reportedly included two reliable sureties – one of them must be a level-10 officer and the second, a direct blood relation, with N500,000 bail bond in like sum.
He had been in detention for 30 days.
