The Army Spokesman said his last unit was 2 Provost Group before he was arrested, prosecuted, court marshalled and dismissed for attempted murder in Kaduna.

It added that after his dismissal, Adamu joined the services of Kaduna State Environmental Services where he worked as a cleaner.

The Army cautioned the public to desist from addressing him as a personnel of Nigerian Army as at April 2021 when he committed the alleged crime.

”The Nigerian Army remains a disciplined organisation that will not condone any unprofessional conduct on the part of its officers and soldiers.

”The general public is therefore urged to ignore the misleading story currently being shared in the social media,” the statement warned.

Galadima and three others were paraded by the Kaduna State Police for allegedly kidnapping and murdering a six-year-old who was kidnapped in Badarawa area of Kaduna North LGA and was taken to Kano State.
