The figure represents a 13 per cent increase over the N181.01 billion generated in 2024.
The Customs Area Controller (CAC) of the command, Comptroller Godwin Otunla, made this known in a document made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Tuesday.
Otunla also said the command achieved 113 per cent of its annual revenue target for the year.
He attributed the performance to improved trader compliance, effective monitoring of import transactions, timely detection of irregularities and sustained measures to curb revenue leakages.
The CAC commended the dedication of officers of the command, collaboration with sister agencies, and the support of compliant traders and licensed customs agents.
According to him, the strong collaboration between officers and stakeholders is a key factor in the command’s outstanding revenue performance.
Otunla reaffirmed the commitment of the command to transparency, accountability and continuous stakeholder engagement, in line with the mandate of the Nigeria Customs Service, to facilitate trade and generate revenue. (NAN)
