365Daily – The National Chairman of the Labour Party, Comrade Julius Abure, has admitted that the recently released Presidential Campaign Council list of his political party has errors.

Abure stated this in a meeting held in Abuja on Friday, October 14, 2022 between the party, the Presidential Campaign Council and the support groups working for the success of Mr. Peter Obi in 2023 general elections.

He said he takes responsibility for the errors and urged the party and the general public to forgive him.

According to him, “Whatever error, I take responsibility, and I promise that we will meet, look at it again, and where we need to make changes, we will make changes”.

He called on members of the party to focus their efforts towards ensuring that Peter Obi wins presidential election come 2023.

He appealed to the members to accept the amended list that will come out soon.

Comrade Abure further claimed there was no disagreement between the party hierarchy, the campaign Council and the support groups as being speculated in some quarters.

He alleged that because of desperation on the party of APC and APC, some Labour Party supporters have been attacked, and warned that should stop henceforth.

On his part, the Director General, Obi-Datti Campaign Council, Dr. Doyin Okupe, appreciated members for their efforts so far. He admitted that there were errors in the list.

“Most of the errors you saw are because of our organic nature”.

Some movie stars who graced the occasion were Kenneth Okonkwo, Hilda Dokubo, Zack Amata and others.
