Soludo lives up to his promises, arrives inauguration in Innosson SUV, Akwete attire

365Daily – The newly inaugurated Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has kept his first promise of promoting local content in Anambra, as he arrived the inauguration ground driven in a vehicle manufactured by Innosson, an Anambra State based motor manufacturing company.

Innosson is owned by Chief Innocent Chukwuma, a native of Nnewi, Anambra State.

Soludo, dressed in an attire made from a locally produced fabric, Akwete, also revealed that his shoes were made in Anambra State.

The new Governor further disclosed that every meal on the menu for the light refreshments at the event were all local foods, such as abacha, ukwa, ofe akwu and local rice.

In addition, all bottled water served at the event, palm wine and other drinks for entertaining the guests at the event were all produced in Anambra State. This, he said, were all targeted at promoting local products in Anambra and creating wealth and employment for the people.
