365Daily – Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court sitting at Ring Road in Ibadan, on Wednesday, granted an exparte motion restraining the Directorate of State Services (DSS) and the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) from arresting, intimidating, harassing and blocking bank accounts of Chief Sunday Adeyemo (aka Sunday Igboho).

The order was granted following an exparte motion moved by his lawyer Chief Yomi Alliyu (SAN) before the court

The motion is an offshoot of the originating motion seeking N500 billion damages for invasion of his house in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on July 1 earlier filed before the court.

Alliyu expressed confidence that the AGF Abubakar Malami (SAN) will not disobey the court order, stressing that it was given directly against his office.
