Gbajabiamila mourns Balarabe Musa, says he was a dogged fighter

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Thursday joined other Nigerians to mourn former governor of Kaduna State, Malam Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa, who passed on Wednesday.

Describing the deceased as a dogged democrat, Gbajabiamila said he will be remembered for always standing for democracy.

A statement signed by the speaker’s special adviser on Media, Lanre Lasisi, also added that “the late politician was one Nigerian who could be described as highly patriotic in his dealings.”

Gbajabiamila, who expressed sadness over the death, also commiserated with the government and people of Kaduna State over the loss.

While praying for the repose of the soul of the late Balarabe Musa, the speaker prayed the almighty God to give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
