PTAD finalizes disbursement of over N5bn to 90,689 pensioners

By Moses Okorie The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has finalized the disbursement of Five Billion, One Hundred and Nineteen Million, Three Hundred and Twenty-Eight Thousand Naira Only (₦5,119,328,000) to 90,689 pensioners across the four pension departments, reaffirming its continued dedication and unwavering commitment to pensioners welfare. According to the Executive Secretary of PTAD, Mrs. Tolulope Odunaiya, in a release issued this week in Abuja by the Head, Corporate Communications Unit of PTAD, Olugbenga Ajayi, the agency said this is in keeping with its assurance to clear outstanding pension liabilities as funds are disbursed by the federal government. It said, “The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has finalized the disbursement of Five Billion, One Hundred and Nineteen Million, Three Hundred and Twenty-Eight Thousand Naira Only (₦5,119,328,000) to 90,689 pensioners across the four pension departments, reaffirming its continued dedication and unwavering commitment to pensioners welfare.
