Nasarawa Government set to commence building of 3000-capacity NYSC hall

I can assure you that by the special grace of God Almighty, in the next one month Governor Abdullah Sule will lay the foundation of the said multi purpose hall

Arrangements are on top gear for the commencement of the building of a three thousand capacity multi purpose hall for the usage of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, activities at the Magaji Dan-Yamusa NYSC Orientation Camp, Keffi, Nasarawa State

The governor of Nasarawa State Engr. Abdullahi Sule, represented by Hon. Jaafaru Ango, Commissioner for Youths and Sports made the assertion in an exclusive interview with journalists during the official closing ceremony of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 course for corps members deployed to Nasarawa state at the NYsC orientation camp, Keffi yesterday,

He stated that the said project laying foundation would be performed by the governor of the state in a month’s time.

“There are procedures in government policy, but I can assure you that by the special grace of God Almighty, in the next one month Governor Abdullah Sule will lay the foundation of the said multi purpose hall” he stated.

According to him, Governor Sule was doing everything humanly possible to ensure that not only corps members posted to the state are been protected in all ramifications, but also to the entire people of the state.

Earlier, in his farewell address to the corps members the Nasarawa State coordinator of the scheme, Mr Abdullahi Jikamshi, urged the corps members to utilize all that they were thought in the camp during the three weeks training.

“The traditional lecture also went a long way because it revealed the history, culture and people of Nasarawa State. You also received professional orientation on teaching, lectures on financial management, NDLEA, SDGs etc, which have also enriched you during the orientation course” he stated.
