Honourable Benjamin Kalu, deputy speaker, House of Representatives, has paid a congratulatory visit to the new national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje at the national secretariat of the party at Wuse II, Abuja.
The lawmaker promised a harmonious working relationship between the executive, legislature and the ruling party in implementing the APC manifesto.
A post on the official Twitter handle of the APC says, “Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, paid a congratulatory visit to the National Chairman, HE. Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje following his recent election.
“Speaking to journalists, Hon. Kalu expressed the National Assembly leadership’s commitment to the tripartite arrangement which has the Executive, Legislature and the APC working together to ensure the implementation of the Party’s manifesto”.
Recall that the former Kano State governor, Ganduje, recently emerged the national chairman of the APC, following resignation of the erstwhile leader, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, former governor of Nasarawa State.
