365Daily – Former Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, has congratulated Nigeria’s female music icon, Onyeka Onwenu, as she turns 70, describing her as a courageous lioness.
Ekweremadu wrote in a congratulatory message to the ageless beautiful musician and public communicator, “Happy 70th birthday to our lady of songs, the Elegant Stallion, ace broadcaster, human rights activist, social crusader, actress, consummate administrator, and courageous lioness, our own Queen, Ada Mazi, Onyeka Onwenu.”
According to the Senator, Onwenu’s “type is like the eagle, which is seen once in a while.”
He said, “Your contributions to national development and commitment to justice and to humanity are highly appreciated.
“Congratulations and long may you live.”
