…says “best inheritance I got from my parents was education”

365Daily – The Vice Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the 2019 elections and ex-Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, has donated laptop computers, printers and a power generator set to Maria Ines College, Obosi.
He also used the occasion to narrate how the education his parents invested in him has helped shaped his future and positioned him to achieve progress in his life.
Obi said he was just like every other normal child in his early years but with good education, he has been able to succeed and make impact in life.
Speaking on the importance of education, Obi encouraged the students to always take their education seriously if they wanted to easily attain great heights in life.
Handing over the laptop computers, printers and generator set to the School Manager, Rev. Sr. Evangeline Unaji, Obi revealed that his various investments in education and health are what give him joy and satisfaction.
He said the future success of the children was important to him and that he would contribute his quota to see them succeed.
In their respective words of appreciation, the School Principal, Rev. Sr. Benedett Ogbah and the Senior Prefect, Uche Grace, thanked the Ex-Governor for his love and support for education.
They appreciated the educational items Obi gave to them and prayed God to bless and reward him.
