365Daily- A nine-year-old Nigerian boy, Munnir Muhammed Sada, has signed a deal with the Kid Academy of one of English football club giants, Arsenal.
It was gathered that both Munnir’s father and mother are from Kaduna State, and that he has always dreamt of being a football legend like Lionel Messi.
Pictures of Munnir signing Arsenal document trended online with many Nigerians excited about the move.
An Information Officer at Kaduna State Department of Public Affairs, Yunus Abdallah, in a Facebook post, said the nine-year-old is an indigene of Zaria, Kaduna State.
“Arsenal FC have signed a nine-year-old Nigerian. Munnir Muhammed Sada an indigene of Zaria Local Government of Kaduna State is expected to be playing for the youth soccer team of Arsenal FC,” he posted.
The young soccer sensation is the first northern Nigerian footballer to put pen to paper for the Gunners, as the illustrious English Premiership club is fondly called.
