Hon Chris Azubogu, member House of Representatives and governorship aspirant in the coming Anambra state election, continues his statewide consultations as the election which will hold later in the year draws near.
On Friday, February 5, 2021, he and his team were at Inteje community, in Oyi Local Government Area of the state.
At Nteje, he met with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wards and LGA executive over his intention to contest to become the next governor of Anambra state.
He told them that “Oyi LGA is very critical to our development projection, as it’s already accommodating Onitsha urban spillover of huge commercial, industrial and residential activities.
“Oyi LGA also shares part of the erosion challenges in our state. The good news is that we can solve our problems when mobilized to do so.”
According to him, “no other time is better for Ndi Anambra to mobilize themselves to lead new development engagement than now. I am running for the governorship of Anambra state, for us as a people to lead the quest to fix the state challenges from the front. The future of Anambra state is in our hands. I’m prepared to serve, let’s do it together.”
