The University of Benin, Edo state has informed graduates of the university that their certificates are ready for collection.
In a memorandum issued by the acting registrar of the institution, C.I Ehijiator, and addressed to all graduates of the school on 11th November, the university said collection would commence from 15th November till February 15 of next year.
The institution disclosed that within this period, graduands are to come along with relevant proof or documents to show the period of their stay in the school.
It further stated that beyond the 3 months moratorium given by the school for the collection of certificates, fees will apply according to the year of graduation.
“All graduants of the university of Benin are by this notice directed by the university management to collect their certificates immediately. It is gratifying to note that a moratorium period of three months (15th November, 2020 – 15th February 2121) has been given for the exercise, thereafter, the following amount would be paid by prospective applicants for the collection of certificates.”
“Graduands of one to five years graduation are to pay N10,000, while graduands of 6 to 10 years are to pay N15,000 and 11 to 15 years N20,000, 16 – 20 years 25, 000 and 21 – 30 years graduation N30,000, while 31 years of graduation and above, are to pay N40,000.
“All graduants should come along with relevant proof/ documents to validate their period of studentship in the university of Benin,” the registrar announced.
